Rule Changes for Expo 2008

 ALL members who wish to display at Expo 2008 MUST have UNCUT – SIGNED CONTRACTS in on or before JULY 10, 2008.  NO EXCEPTIONS!  Space is limited and it was decided to fill them first by number of years you have been a member and then by postmark date until all spaces have been filled.

 Gate Admission has increased from $3 to $5

 ALL exhibitors and vendors are required to be Little G Members.  Due to the show growth, we now have limited display and vendor space.  It’s no longer possible for vendors to purchase remaining spaces without being a member.

 Rule Reminders

 NO ONE is allowed to drive a truck or pull a trailer onto the grounds until 1:00 on Sunday to load.  If you need to leave earlier than that, you will need to drive your tractors out to the parking lot or load up Saturday evening and put it in parking lot overnight or take it with you to the hotel/campgrounds.  It is too dangerous to have vehicles moving about for those participating in Sunday events as well as for those visiting the show.

 Absolutely NO selling in the parking lot at any time!

 No sleeping or camping is allowed on the show grounds due to security and liability issues.  Plus space is limited.  The  campers on the show grounds and one near the house are part of the overnight security crew.  See Little G Expo page for other camping options.

 NO PETS ALLOWED on the show grounds!  There have been two dogs bites in the past and we don’t want anyone else getting injured.

 You can display one day rather than both, but we need to know that ahead of time so you can be placed in a space for you to conveniently leave and maintain consistent look of the show.
